The Tamarack Shores Owners Association Board of Directors will hold an Open Board Meeting on:

All property owners are welcome to attend. The meeting agenda will include Association business, community updates, financial discussion, and other matters related to the operation of the Association. We encourage owners to participate and stay informed about community matters.

I apologize for the delayed response. Your email was inadvertently routed to my spam folder, and I only discovered it while updating information on the Association website.
Regarding your question, one of the primary topics discussed at the May meeting was the ongoing review of the Association’s Bylaws. Over the past several monthly meetings, the Board has been carefully reviewing the Bylaws as part of its commitment to responsible governance. The purpose of this review has been to modernize outdated provisions, improve clarity, and ensure the documents remain consistent with current Texas law and the operational needs of our community.
In addition to the bylaw review, the Board has discussed several other Association matters, including the increasing costs of insurance and operations, the long-term financial sustainability of the Association, the introduction of a voluntary contribution program, maintenance and improvement projects, pool rules and facilities, and updates to community communications and the Association website.
We encourage all property owners to attend the Annual Meeting on Saturday, July 25, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. at Hill Country Bible Church, located at the corner of FM 306 and Tamarack Drive. During the meeting, members will vote on proposed bylaw amendments and elect individuals to fill two open positions on the Board of Directors. These are important matters that will help shape the future operation and governance of the Association, and we hope all property owners will participate.
