In case you have not received this information in the mail, we are posting it on the website.

Thank You

Hello from your Tamarack Shores Board of Directors!

July will be here before we know it, and so will our Annual Membership Meeting. The meeting will be held at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 25, 2026, at Hill Country Bible Church, located near the corner of FM 306 and Tamarack Drive.

This year’s meeting is an important one for our community. Property owners will have the opportunity to vote on proposed amendments to the Tamarack Shores Bylaws and to fill vacancies on the Board of Directors. The proposed amendments are intended to clarify and improve our governing documents and provide clear guidance for the Association moving forward.

We encourage you to take a few minutes to review the information included with this mailing and hope you’ll join us in July. The Annual Meeting is an opportunity to stay informed, participate in Association business, and connect with fellow property owners.

There are two open positions on the Board of Directors to be filled. To help ensure everyone has an opportunity to participate, a Proxy Ballot is included with this mailing. Candidate recruitment is ongoing, and interested property owners are encouraged to complete a Candidate Information Form, available on the Association website at tamarackshores.net home page. Completed forms should be received by the Association no later than July 23, 2026. Additional nominations may be made from the floor at the Annual Meeting.

Please note that the enclosed Proxy Ballot applies only to the election of Directors and is not a vote on the proposed Bylaw Amendments. If you are unable to attend the meeting in person, your completed Proxy Ballot for the Board election must be received by the Association no later than July 23, 2026. Property owners attending the Annual Membership Meeting will receive a separate ballot for voting on the proposed Bylaw Amendments. To help ensure an accurate and orderly check-in process, property owners are asked to bring their Annual Dues Statement and a valid photo ID.

We are currently seeking volunteers to serve on the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) to help preserve the natural beauty and character of Tamarack Shores by reviewing construction and development projects requiring approval under the Deed Restrictions. If you are interested in getting involved and serving your community, Architectural Control Committee form is available on the Association website at tamarackshores.net home page. Completed forms must be received by July 23, 2026.”. Additional forms will be available at the Annual Meeting.

For more than 50 years, the annual assessment for Tamarack Shores has remained at $21 per property. As the cost of maintaining our community amenities and services continues to rise, voluntary contributions help support the work of the Association. Contributions are entirely voluntary, may be made in any amount, and are always appreciated.

As pool season gets underway, we’d like to share a few reminders about pool access and membership options.

All users are expected to follow the posted pool rules, which are available at the pool and on the Association website.

We’d also like to take a moment to recognize the volunteers who help keep the Association running. Your Board of Directors is made up of fellow property owners who volunteer their time because they care about our community and want to help. While some concerns can be addressed directly by the

Board, others may involve county offices, utility providers, law enforcement, or other agencies outside the Association’s authority.

Whether you’re looking for updates, meeting information, community resources, or ways to get involved, we encourage you to stay connected. Please visit our website at tamarackshores.net.

If you have a question, concern, or suggestion, you may contact the Board at tamarackshoresresidentquestion@       gmail .com.

Join us at the pool on Tuesday, October 6, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. for National Night Out! This is a great opportunity to meet your Tamarack Shores neighbors, so bring your family, a covered dish, your own drinks, and your lawn chairs. The main course will be provided. We hope you’ll join us!

Thank you to everyone who supports our community, whether through contributions, volunteering, attending meetings, or lending a helping hand when needed. We appreciate all that you do to help make Tamarack Shores a great place to call home.
