Good Morning Tamarack Shores!
2026 is a less than a week away and the TSOA Board of Directors wishes all the residents a happy, healthy and prosperous new year. We encourage all members of our community to do their best to stay connected to our community by visiting this website on a regular basis. The goal is to update on a weekly basis to share important news, dates, and coming changes. We will be moving in a proactive direction to help create a more inviting community for all to be proud of and enjoy. What this means is we will be taking a closer look at all the properties to ensure each owner is falling in line with the Deed Restrictions. If we find properties that are outside of the guidelines our goal is to work with the owner and help correct the issue. We recommend that each property owner take some extra time to browse through the Deed Restrictions, paying particular attention to things like, new builds, additions, fencing construction, and animals that are allowed in the community. By taking the time and responsibility to address the possible violations found on your property, this in turn will help the Board of Directors and community. Some simple tips: keep your yard maintained (lawns mowed), remove debris/trash from your yard and dispose of accordingly (remove “junk” vehicles, boats, lawn furniture, etc). That being said, the Board of Directors will not be out and about with a ruler to enforce minimum grass growth but we will be sending out “gentle reminders” to property owners with guidance on what can be done to help improve your “curb appeal”. Please remember, these small changes will work to increase your own property values in the future.
The next topic falls onto the status of the Entrance Sign. The Board of Directors has received the approval from the Insurance Company to move forward with the construction of the new sign! It has been a long road to travel with lots of expectations that we needed to adhere to. The Board of Directors are in the process of making the final decision on the design and selecting a General Contractor. We are excited about this project, the last 6 months have been an adjustment to the Board of Directors, and investigations into a variety of issues that had been forgotten. It is our hope that 2026 will bring much needed improvement overall. We always appreciate your patience, understanding and cooperation throughout.
