It seems just like the other day we were ringing in the New Year celebrating with family and friends, now here we are, the middle of January already! The TSOA Board is excited to start working on projects that were in “limbo” ie, our beloved Entrance Sign. We were able to remove the debris in preparation for the new sign construction to begin. This issue is just one of the things that will be discussed at the first monthly meeting of 2026 on January 19th.
A few other topics to be addressed are: Deed Restriction expectations/violations, Comal County Ordinances regarding pet ownership, care and responsibility, illegal dumping and burn ban adherence to name a few. We hope that you will join us for this gathering. As a property owner, you should make every effort to stay informed albeit by attending the monthly meetings or visiting this website. Typically the monthly meetings are held at the Park/Pool area but the concern we have is the weather. According to the forecast, the temperatures should be in the mid 50’s. For some that will be too cold and we definitely are taking your health into consideration. That being said, we are working on securing an indoor location (the Church at the entrance) for the meeting. There is a chance we will have to alter the meeting time slightly but we will keep everyone informed with updates on this website. We hope to see you there!
